- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆A must stop for early history of the LaHave. Many artifacts and maps on display. Bring a snack and watch the yachts and motor boats exit the LaHave river mouth.By George Matthews, January 28, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆It speaks of a lot about the history of the Acadians and Mikmaks, we were unable to enter the lighthouse as it is still under renovation but overall there is a lot knowledge about the area to be gained here.. The museum is also close to the La Have bakery, beaches and vineyard.By Cheryl Anne, January 28, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The Fort Point Museum is a great little community museum. Lots of interesting artifacts and displays. The history of this location goes back 400 years, so there are lots of stories to tell. Unfortunately, it is only open for three months a year. The outdoor site, however, is open year round. It is a great place to go for a walk, the grounds are lovely. During lobster season, end of November to end of May, you may spot a working lobster boat.By Donna Malone, August 11, 2016
